The Properties on Main waitlist is designed solely to inform interested individuals about potential vacancies in our single-bedroom apartments and commercial office spaces located in Clarion, Pennsylvania. Joining the waitlist allows us to notify you when a unit becomes available; however, it does not guarantee an offer to apply for or lease a unit.

Placement on the waitlist is for informational purposes only and does not constitute a binding agreement between you and Properties on Main. It does not ensure priority or confer any rights regarding the rental of our properties. We reserve the right to manage the waitlist at our discretion, including determining the order of notifications and removing individuals from the list as deemed necessary.

Properties on Main reserves the right to accept or reject any application based on our established criteria.

Joining the waitlist imposes no legal obligation on either party. Properties on Main is not liable for any damages or losses arising from your participation in the waitlist. We recommend that you continue exploring other housing or office space options while on our waitlist.
